		Download and keep your favorite YouTube videos YouTube - and other video sites - do not allow you to download video to keep. Here are two ways to do it:
		1) Use the Firefox browser (highly recommended) and download the Videodownloader extension. VideoDownloader adds a toolbar button to your Firefox window. Just click that and download the video you are watching. Please note that if the YouTube file you have just downloaded does not have the extension .flv, then rename the file with the extension .flv You can download and keep all videos and embedded objects on a webpage such as movies, mp3s, flash, quicktime, etc. from sites like Youtube, Google Video, Myspace, Digg, Blip.tv, and Music.com. 2) Alternatively, you can visit www.keepvid.com and let the site do the work for you. Paste the url of the video into their textbox and follow the directions. Then save the file with extension .flv and it is yours to keep. Note: make sure you understand the YouTube.com Terms of Service. You may copy content for personal use so long as you do not (1) distribute it further (i.e. no torrents) and (2) do not alter copyright notices.
